Hello Eagles' families! 

Quick reminders:

Don't forget, there IS practice today (Wednesday)! Swimmers should wear gym clothes and sneakers and bring a towel as they will engage in dryland exercises on the pool deck followed by a short run, and then fun stations with the coaches. Swimmers may be involved with 4-square, jump rope contests, kickball, etc. If you have balls and jump ropes for the stations that we can borrow, please bring them tomorrow. Make sure your name is on each item you bring.

Practice times until school ends:

Eagles: 4pm-5pm

Eaglets: 5pm-6pm

Fledglings: 6pm-6:45pm

Custom suits & spirit wear can take a bit longer, so please be patient. Every swimmer will receive a 2023 team shirt and swim cap as part of your registration fees. We are excited about the new shirts and caps for the 2023 season. 

Once you have registered for the team and paid your pool membership, you can join our new closed Facebook group: Queens Lake Eagles' Nest. We will utilize this group for additional announcements, community and events. Email will still be utilized but a Facebook group allows for a more personal and immediate way to ask questions and connect with other members. If you are on Facebook, please join only once you have paid for the 2023 season.
