SWIM MEET SIGN-UPS AND PARENT VOLUNTEERS

Meet Registrations are now open! Help us plan by RSVPing your athlete for their meets and signing up for your parent volunteer slots! Many hands make light work- and we need many hands at the meets! It can also be a very long weekend before a meet if coaches need to reach out to individual families to confirm attendance. The meet RSVP and volunteer sign up only takes a few minutes and so helpful to run a smooth swim meet! Login to your swimtopia account and register all of the meets and volunteer slots you can attend. Thanks so much.

PARENT CREWS

Some parent crews are already up and running. If you haven't already been contacted by the sub-committee leadership, you probably will be in the upcoming weeks on how these crews will proceed. There are a few spots available in the "Meet Officials Crew". If you have not signed up yet, please let us know how we can direct you or help answer any questions.

DONATIONS FOR CONCESSIONS

We are still taking donations for the concession stand. Please find the information below and bring your donations anytime this week. SIGN UP HERE

REGISTRATION AND REIMBURSEMENT

Please be sure that you complete your registration and pool membership payments. Our treasurer, Nancy Joe Hubbard will be reaching out to families for any registrations that need to be finalized or reimbursed.

STROKE AND TURN TRAINING: LAST CHANCE One last chance for Stroke and Turn training. Kingswood clubhouse: Wednesday June 12th at 6 pm.

This is our last full week of afternoon practices. June 17th will be our first swim meet as well our first day of morning practice.
