This Saturday is the VPSU Summer Championship meet!! The end of the summer swim season is finally here. We are excited to see our Eagles SOAR at VPSU Summer Champs! If you have never attended this meet before it is a ton of fun and also a little crazy, but in a good way. Families sit outside under tents in the parking lots in a fun, festive atmosphere. Rock your team suits, caps and shirts!! REPRESENT the Queen's Lake Eagles! 

Swimmers go in with coaches to get lined up for events and parents cycle through the main pool deck to watch and then exit. Chairs are not allowed inside the pool building. There are bleachers in the spectator area, but it is best to exit after your swimmer's event.

AM Session is for swimmers aged 11&O. PM Session is for swimmers 10&U.

What to bring: swimsuit, cap, goggles, towels, chairs, water bottle.

Volunteers: If you have a swimmer swimming, please sign up for a volunteer slot HERE.

Parking: There is plenty of parking around the WISC and Warhill Sports Complex. No parking will be open in the 757swim parking lot unless you have a handicapped parking permit. There will be parking attendants directing people. All the team tents will be set up in front of the pool in the parking lot for swimmers and families. Please see the attached team allocation map of where our team will be located. Please make sure to clean up after ourselves in the tent area! 

Warm ups: 

AM Session: arrive at 7:00 AM. Warm ups begin at 7:40 AM in lanes 1,2&3.

PM Session: arrive at 11:00 AM. Warm ups begin at 11:40 AM in lanes 1,2&3.

Concessions: There will be two food trucks onsite: Everbowl in the AM and Old City Barbecue starting at 11:00 AM. Make sure to pack snacks and drinks if you do not want to purchase from the food trucks. There will be no additional concessions other than the food trucks.

Safe Sport: The only people allowed behind the blocks are timers and officials.  Spectators must remain in the spectator area. No photos or videos taken behind the blocks. Also, locker rooms are for athletes only. Restrooms are for parents, coaches and officials only.

Other Important Info:

• The Awards Ceremonies will take place outside this year.
• We want to leave the 757swim Aquatic Center in the same shape if not better than when we get there. It is the responsibility of every swimmer and every team to check their areas to make sure they are clean and trash free when they leave.
