Who: Queens Lake Eagles vs. Williamsburg Community Pool (WCP)

Parking: There is limited parking due to the Midtown Row apartments. Please park closer to the entrance to the pool and Meadows. Do not park in any assigned parking spots, as they tow regularly even though no one is using the spots, so just be mindful and

Swimmers need to bring: a swimsuit or jammers; goggles (extra pair if you have them), dry towel for each event; healthy snacks; water bottle/Body Armor; warm clothing (wet swimmers can get chilly when the sun goes down); and maybe a few fun card games or blanket games.

Birdie Buddy Bags: No goodie bags tonight...only at home meets.

Seating: There is limited seating, so please bring chairs.

BUGS: There are unlimited bugs, so please bring bug spray.

Concessions: Located near the the baby pool and will offer hamburgers, hotdogs, Sal’s pizza, candy, & drinks for sale. Will accept cash and cards.

Fun: WCP is doing a tropical theme for the meet and you are welcome to join in! WCP swimmers also pin decorated clothespins on people they want to recognize so you may come home with some extra items.

Off Limit Areas: The deep end and baby pool are CLOSED during the meet, so no feet in the water/sitting on the diving boards. All swimmers are requested to stay in the team area so they can be easily found for their events and cheer on their teammates.

Volunteering: QL EAGLE Families – we appreciate your support. There will be Swim Team Sub-Committee member with a clipboard to check you in so you can receive your much coveted volunteer sticker. Thanks again for all the help!!!!

Weather Call: Per VPSU guidelines, the meet director and officials will make a weather call at the pool at scheduled time of the meet except in the case of severe weather.
