Who: Queens Lake Eagles vs. Powhatan Secondary Seastars.

When: 14 Jul 25; Arrival Time - 5:00 pm.

Parking: There is a parking lot adjacent to the pool and you can also park along the surrounding streets. Please avoid blocking driveways.

Swimmers need to bring: a swimsuit or jammers; goggles (extra pair if you have them), dry towel for each event; healthy snacks; water bottle/Body Armor; warm clothing (wet swimmers can get chilly when the sun goes down); and maybe a few fun card games or blanket games.

Birdie Buddy Bags: No goodie bags tonight...only at home meets.

Seating Plus: There is limited seating and unlimited sun and bugs so please bring chairs, bug spray, and shade tents. You can set up on the far side of the pool, opposite the starting blocks or in the large yard surrounding the pool.

Concessions: There will be hot dogs, burgers, drinks, chips and candy. They accept cash and Venmo payments (QR code at concessions).

Food Drive: In partnership with Clearwater Pool Management, the Sea Stars are hosting a Food Drive to support the Virginia Peninsula Food Bank. Please see email for additional details.

Volunteering: We appreciate your support, but we still have unfilled jobs, so please sign up today. There will be Swim Team Sub-Committee member with a clipboard to check you in so you can receive your much coveted volunteer sticker. Thanks again for all the help!!!!

Clerk of Course: There will be a table, tents and benches set up just outside the back gate of the pool, under the red tents. Swimmers can access Clerk of Course by exiting the gate behind the starting blocks, just past the bathrooms. As swimmers get closer to their event there are labeled chairs set up behind each block.

Scoring: The scoring table will be in the club house, with Wi-Fi access, that can be accessed by exiting the gate at the turn end of the pool. Only officials and scorers are allowed in the clubhouse.
