Arrival Time: 4:45 pm

Neon: Please wear all things NEON and glow in the dark (well, hopefully we will be done before it is dark)!

Birdie Buddy Bags: We recommend putting together the bags with hand made notes or crafts; small snacks; etc. Please do not spend more than $5 on goodie bags. Some of the older swimmers have multiple birdie buddies so we want to keep the costs down.

If you are signed up for Birdie Buddies and are not going to be at the meet, please bring your goodie bag to Coach Maddie so she can make sure your buddy gets the bag.

Volunteering: Thank you for all who have signed up, but we are short numerous spots to include a clean up crew. We are asking all second half families to help reset the pool deck by putting chairs, tables, & umbrellas back in place before departing. There will be Swim Team Sub-Committee member with a clipboard to check you in so you can receive your much coveted volunteer sticker. Thanks again for all the help!!!!

Parking: Please do not park in the lot next to the pool, as that is reserved for handicapped patrons, officials, and coaches. Please park in the upper field near the pickle ball courts.

SPECIAL EVENTS: We will be celebrating our graduating seniors tomorrow night and cheering on the parent and coaches relays (so we may be there after dark :) ).

Concessions: We will accept cash and cards...will be selling our normal fare but subbing in hot dogs and Papa John's pizza instead of hamburgers.

Swimmers need to bring: a swimsuit or jammers; goggles (extra pair if you have them), dry towel for each event; healthy snacks; water bottle/Body Armor; warm clothing (wet swimmers can get chilly when the sun goes down); and maybe a few fun card games or blanket games.

Off Limit Areas: Swimmers and siblings are asked to stay off the playground equipment located within the pool area and out of any pool except when competing. All swimmers are requested to stay in the team area so they can be easily found for their events and cheer on their teammates.

Weather Call: Per VPSU guidelines, the meet director and officials will make a weather call at the pool no earlier than 5:30 pm except in the case of severe weather.
