Everything You Wanted to Know but Were Afraid to Ask

Queens Lake Eagles Families,

Please join us in supporting our swimmers as they compete in the Summer Awards meet and their last chance to qualify for the end of season Champs meet. We will be welcoming over 400 other competitors and their families as well, so we will need lots of help. This is an important fund-raising event for our team and a wonderful opportunity to showcase our neighborhood and team, so please consider volunteering even if you do not have a swimmer in the pool.

Who: Queens Lake Eagles vs. Everyone 😊

Volunteering: Thank you for all who have signed up to help, but we the are still in need of volunteers, so please check Swimtopia for opportunities to help. There will be Swim Team Sub-Committee member to check you in at the sign in table at the pool entrance so you can receive your much coveted volunteer sticker. Thanks again for all the help!!!!

Parking: The parking lot next to the pool is for handicap parking only. General parking will be in the marked field.

Concessions: We will accept cash and cards. Dominion Dogs, Polar Snow, and other goodies will be available for purchase.

Swimmers need to bring: a swimsuit or jammers; goggles (extra pair if you have them), dry towel for each event; healthy snacks; water bottle/Body Armor; warm clothing; and maybe a few fun card games or blanket games.

Off Limit Areas: Swimmers and siblings are asked to stay off the playground equipment located within the pool area and out of any pool except when competing. All swimmers are requested to stay in the team tent area so they can be easily found for their events.

Team Tents: Teams will be allowed to set up tents in the vicinity of the playgrounds, but not on the playgrounds on Friday, July 25th after 6pm, but the Queens Lake Eagles or the Queens Lake Community Association (QLCA) will not be responsible for lost or damaged equipment.
