QL Eagles Need Your Help

October 7th

Greeting Eagle Families,

Thanks again to our swimmers and families for helping make this past season such a phenomenal experience. As discussed at our end of season gathering, we have some housekeeping chores to attend to as we start planning for our next season in the pool!

1) We are looking for volunteers to serve on the QL Eagles Leadership Committee as many members have served numerous years or have swimmers aging off the team. Please email the team if you are interested so we can move forward with planning.

2) Last call for reimbursements from this past summer. If you purchased anything in support of the team and require reimbursement, please provide the required info to Deb Fisher as soon as possible.

3) An email was sent earlier ref leadership opportunities with the Virginia Peninsula Swim Union. New leadership is required as the current term limits are expiring. If you have any questions, please contact Nicole Phillips or Mary Clare Sabol. Descriptions of the roles and their responsibilities are outlined in the VPSU bylaws and can be found on the VPSU website.

4) Please be on the lookout for a team survey as we are looking forward to hearing from you ref a way ahead for the team.
