Hello Eagles Families,

We're looking forward to celebrating an incredible 2026 season with everyone tonight!

As you've probably notices there is a possibility for storms tonight. Don't worry, we've got a plan. The chicken is on its way, and we've reserved the clubhouse as our backup location, so our celebration will happen rain or shine.

Here's the plan for tonight:

• Please bring your potluck dishes to the clubhouse anytime after 5:00 p.m.
• The official banquet, including dinner and awards, will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. We have a lot to celebrate, so please plan to arrive early to get settled.
• If rain looks likely, we'll serve dinner inside the clubhouse. Our Hatchlings, Fledglings, and youngest cheerleaders will enjoy a picnic-style meal on blankets, while everyone else will enjoy dinner from a chair in the clubhouse.
• If we move indoors, we'll serve dinner first and present awards while everyone enjoys their meal.
• If the weather cooperates, we'll begin with our awards ceremony in the clubhouse and then transition to the pool deck for dinner and our end-of-season pool party.

Dress is poolside casual! We're hoping to celebrate together and then enjoy some time in the pool, so come ready for the festivities and bring swimsuits and towels if you'd like to swim afterward.

Thank you all for making this such a memorable season. We can't wait to celebrate our amazing swimmers, coaches, volunteers, and families tonight.
