Champs practice has shifted to 1000 for all practice levels.  Coach Sandi is at the pool and monitoring the weather.

The traditional Champs Pasta Lunch (from Red Lobster) will be tomorrow after the Eagles practice (11am). Please bring your younger swimmer(s) back to the pool for this special Food Friday lunch. Many thanks to Jen Hayes (Ethan and Devin’s mom) for providing the lunch for the swimmers.
